climbing hills is excruciatingly frustrating, especially when the guys you ride with have no mercy. It’s what we love about it, and
This is why we ride.
When you go down HARD, listen to the medical crew. I don’t care if you’re a pro rider, or if you’re at a local track and a 17 year old with a collared shirt and an EMT patch comes for you- LISTEN TO THEM AND DO WHAT THEY SAY! Acting tough could cost you your life if you have a serious injury.
..ride on

Hey man, I know we motocrossers kinda have egos— that’s a given in this sport. I’m just sayin there’s a couple things you can do out of common courtesy.
for example: If I lend jersey out to a fellow rider for the day, when it is returned back to me... PLEASE WASH THE DAMN BLOOD AND DIRT OFF IT, before you give it to me. Just something to think about… you are NEVER to “badass, or high on the pedestal etc…” to use some common courtesy.
again.. YOU’RE NEVER TO BADASS TO MOP THE FLOORS… you know what I’m sayin?
I hope so, when we ride.. these are the things that genuinely piss us off. so Don’t do it man.

There are days...
When you grab your bike, get in the trailer and go
when you’re feelin great on the track and you’re passing, and riding smooth,
when Your bikes runnin perfect
There are days…
When you do not want to wake up and train
When Every muscle in your body hurts and you ride like crap
When everything that could go wrong in your engine, goes wrong
There are days… When we riders watch each other get injured, come crashing to their death… and we think we can’t handle it any more. Truth is, we’re still alive and riding… so we’re pretty damn lucky.
to all that we’ve lost, and may they ride with wings.

This season’s been hitting the motocross community pretty hard… and It doesn’t stop here, along with all the guys from supercross who are out (I wish you a smooth recovery you guys rock!) Bryce Vallee suffered an absolutely horrific crash… He fractured both femurs, his pelvis, his tailbone, dislocated his elbow, broke his clavicle, broke his scapula, broke several ribs and lacerated his kidney and liver. Bryce is now stable in the ICU in Palomar hospital and has already undergone an eight hour surgery to repair his femurs and his elbow. It will be rough for him and we’re always there for our fellow riders. come out to the ride day this weekend, I’ll be there. My thoughts and prayers are with you Bryce.
